Andie Poulin, DOMP
Montreal-born and Leslieville-based, Andie is a “root cause meets real life” osteopath. She blends CFT, Osteopathy, and Thaï massage into sessions that meet you where you’re at. Toddler mom energy, intuitive hands, and care that helps you unwind, reconnect, and come back to yourself. All are welcome. Babies are prioritized!
CO-FOUNDER, MASSAGE THERAPIST
Wensy Wong, BScKin, RMT
Wensy is a “left brain meets right brain” therapist integrating 15+ years of clinical experience with holistic intuitive touch. Her treatments are a blend of CST, CFT, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, and acupuncture. When she’s not treating babies, adults and everyone in-between, she’s frolicking in the east end with her family.
Kate Nightingale, RMT
Kate's practice focuses on myofascial releases for structural balance and craniosacral therapy for nervous system regulation and integration. Combining these techniques as a trauma informed RMT, she provides a safe and caring environment for the body to speak. With her passion for mind / body connection, she provides a restorative experience.

Tammy Lynne, MACP, BA
Tammy Lynne is a Transpersonal Registered Psychotherapist weaving earth-based healing, energetic alchemy, and co-creation. Through therapy, groups, and circles, she holds warm spaces for nervous system soothing, trauma alchemy, soul remembering, sacred feminine and masculine healing, and joy. Tammy loves to tend to the earth barefoot and sing to bees.
Sam Martin, BA, RMT
As a RMT with a background in psychology, Sam combines intuitive bodywork with an understanding of the nervous system to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Fostering a sense of calm, safety, and trust is her top priority, with treatments that are intended to feel deeply relaxing and restorative.
